Program and construction Management involves overall project responsibility from understanding the need of the clients, planning, scheduling, budget, construction, implementation & monitoring, quality & risk, and closeout. This requires close interface with client, consultants, contractors and other agencies to a ensure that the project run smoothly to a successful completion.

At preconstruction phase we provide value engineering, a process that allow us to identify the most cost effective building system and equipment for a particular project. We research the availability of materials, equipment and labor for the design process, approvals procurement and construction. The diversity of our capabilities expands across educational, transportation, industrial, governmental and municipal facilities. These includes but not limited to $400million Beaumont ISD School Bond program, $175million New Orleans School Board bond program,  $25million Louisiana RSD 19 schools Katrina Mitigation project, $5million Louisiana Recovery School District Condition assessment project, $550 million  New Orleans Ernest morial Convention Center, $5million Manhattan road expansion project, $9.5million Marrero sewer and water treatment plant, $15million District 3 Street improvement Bond project in Jefferson parish,  $3million,Dandelion Road project, $12.5million Destrehan Road project, $4million Head start school project,  and ongoing $17million 7000 seats Amphitheater.
