As part of a continuing effort to provide Project Management and Engineering   services, and to promote the Profession, DEVCOM, L.L.C, Program and construction management was established as multifaceted consulting engineering firm in 2001. 

DEVCOM provides professional services in the disciplines of Project development. Project management, Construction management, contract administration, project appraisal, project cost analysis, cost engineering, project scheduling, Quality control and Audit, project planning/closeout  and program management. Additionally, our trained staff of professionals also provides provide quantity surveying, design review, procurement, material specifications, value engineering, estimating, emergency FEMA project worksheet, Pre & post-construction services, and Bid evaluations.

Over the past twenty eight years, the Senior Partner with other principals, and our professional staff have successfully managed and completed projects across the United State in Educational K12 & Higher, governmental, commercial and private, health facilities, airports, highways and bridges, FEMA Emergency Mitigation projects,  emergency disaster cleanup, prisons. Others are municipal facilities such as waste water treatment plant, gas and oil productions, telecommunications, and system control. In the area of environmental, we offer services such as Oil spillage clean up, disaster emergency response, asbestos and PCB & lead abatement management, and pit closure and permitting and waste management.

We maintained relationships with several reputable Engineering, Architectural, Program management firms, General contractors, developers, financiers, in metro New Orleans and the country at large to provide professional services.

DEVCOM, LLC is a statewide certified small minority own business employing twelve individuals including our principals, and whose main office is located at 2439 Manhattan Blvd., Suite 502, Harvey, LA 70058. Our future goal is to extend our services to the southeast region and the country at large.
